Park Bridge Rehabilitation and Wellness has provided seniors with high-quality compassionate care in a warm, homelike setting since 1971 and has been operated under a leasehold by the District and AHS for almost 20 years.  Comprehensive health and rehabilitation services include 24-hour skilled nursing care, long-term and short-term care, respite care, physical therapy, and pain management.
